Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
Our driver / guide will pick you from the airport or from your hotel in Arusha in the morning after breakfast and you start your wild safari to Serengeti National Park on a road near the rim of Ngorongoro crater with chances of spotting some wild animals along the way.
With a packed lunch, you will drive to Seronera area in the Central part of the Serengeti, most accessible region for an afternoon game drive. The area presents good game viewing opportunities as it features the Seronera River which attracts different wildlife all year round and good visibility as it is characterized by open plains of grassland. Animals to be seen include the big cats (lions, the elusive leopards, cheetahs), elephants, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes and much more. Dinner and overnight stay at your camp / lodge.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drive
A full day of exploring the amazing wildlife dotted Serengeti National Park. Start with an early morning game drive before breakfast / sunrise for chances to come across the predators on their morning hunt. Drive back to your camp / lodge for a delicious breakfast, after which you will head back out in the park for more game viewing experiences and chances to see the great wildebeest migration happen.
You may choose to carry a packed lunch or choose to drive back to the camp / lodge for a short break and a hot lunch. Animals to look out for in the Serengeti include lions, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, rhinos (though rarely seen), elands, gazelles, waterbucks, hyenas, hippos, monkeys, baboons, crocodiles and different bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at you camp / lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
One more morning game drive before we leave the famous Serengeti National Park for Ngorongoro CA. After breakfast, you will head out for a mid-morning game drive. For a chance to spot the animals and birds you might have missed the previous day.
Drive back to your camp / lodge check out and with a packed picnic lunch. Depart for Ngorongoro with an afternoon game drive en-route to marvel at the Serengeti wilderness and wildlife one last time. Arrive Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Home to the famous Ngorongoro Crater in the later afternoon for a relaxing evening at your camp / lodge, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Crater rim tour and drive to Arusha
Wake up to a delicious morning (very early) breakfast. Before heading out to explore the scenic Ngorongoro Crater home to over 25,000 animals and vast bird species. You will descend into the picturesque crater / caldera for a close up venture with its resident animals. Chances of spotting the big cats are high as they are always active in the cooler hours of the day. A good chance to catch them feasting on their morning kill. Other animals to look out for include the elephants, buffalos, black rhinos (rare sight), oribis, zebras, wildebeests, water bucks, elands, hippos and different bird species including flamingos and many more.
After a delicious picnic lunch and an amazing afternoon of game viewing and beautiful landscape sighting. You will drive out of the crater. Drive back to Arusha for a drop off at the airport. Catch your flight back home or drop off in Arusha at your hotel / residence.
