Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi after breakfast and start your journey to Masai Mara National Reserve, the most visited game park in Kenya. The driver / guide will give you a briefing of your safari tour as you journey along.
Once at the lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch after which you will go for a late afternoon game drive in the Mara plains. Overnight and dinner at your lodge.
Day 2: Game Drive for the whole day
After breakfast, with your picnic lunch boxes, drive into the wilderness for a full day game viewing adventure. Look out for lions, leopards, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, hyenas, crocodiles and over 450 species of birds that inhabit the national reserve. Optional activity for the early morning is a Hot air Balloon Safari over the Mara plains. Overnight and dinner at your lodge.
Day 3: Nairobi – Flight – Departure
End of safari. You will be driven back to Nairobi and dropped at the airport for your flight back home. You can do some last minute shopping for souvenirs once you are in Nairobi City and also have a lunch break before heading to the airport.
