Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Pick up from airport upon arrival or from your hotel in Nairobi after breakfast by our company driver / guide. Transfer to the scenic and picturesque Amboseli National Park, one of the popular parks in the country.
You will arrive at the park in time for lunch, after which you go for an introductory afternoon game drive. Expect to see large herds of African elephants well known in this park grazing against a beautiful backdrop of the mighty Kilimanjaro Mt. further away on the Tanzania border. Overnight and dinner at your lodge.
Day 2: Full day game drive
Animals to be spotted on this full day game viewing adventure include hundreds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, leopards (rare sightings), impalas, buffalos, hyenas, hippos and a number of different bird species.
You will have game drives at different times during the day as this provides opportunities of seeing a variety of animals as each have active and passive hours. Like early morning game drives provide chances of seeing the big cats as they are more active in the cooler hours of the day. Overnight and dinner at your lodge.
Day 3: Back to Nairobi
Take a last glance at the scenic views of Amboseli. After breakfast, you will transfer back to Nairobi where you will be dropped at the airport to catch your flight back home or at your hotel in Nairobi. Lunch en-route.
